Good idea...kinda like a "level"...you know when ya gotta get the bubble in the centre to make sure it's completely level.

how about something like a LED on volume sliders? say if you're using 2 volumes, when both colors are the same it's matched. You could then theoretically have three colors for slower, matched and faster. Also if there 3, 4 or more sliders you could use the light display for a quick bpm reference or use it to match 2 or more tracks. Would also make the sliders glow in the dark

to see that on a mixer would be brill i rekon the new djm2000 should of had it as an extra effect and a usb camera input so you can edit the video and have it going out to big screen :D

This a really cool concept but I think Steve (original founder/owner) of Intimidation conceptualized this over a decade ago. But if it was to be anyway, it would have been him. It was if I remember correctly going to use the same base isolation circuitry from his mixers to improve the BPM counting response (99.9% of the mixers on the market are bogus for BPM count) so it would tune itself in to the dominant bass attack and from there some more electronic magic to do this.
