@harvpila : With regards to your issue, we suggest you try to upgrade the drivers for the Bluetooth for Windows 7 compatibility. You can do this with the device manager or if possible we suggest you to use the "diagnose problem" option available on Windows 7 as it will automatically search for the compatible drivers for this device for Windows 7 compatibility.
