@pongbong44 it has nothing to do with Hinduism or reincarnation. Really you should look more into Zen Buddhism ( Soto Sect) before you start acting like you can trump Buddhist thought. There is more than you think to "we are reality." look in to it.

I don't think Buddha's ideology was based around any other religion at all, because religions like Islam, Hindu, Christianity, and things of the like tend to be a spiritual representation of reality, while the basis of Buddhism is almost the opposite. It isn't quite scientific, but it really doesn't involve spirits or demons or gods. It's just... This life. Here and now.

personally i think buddah tried to make his philosophy fit around hinduism.... which means a belief in reincarnation...
so obviously you have to sperate matter and reality into two different things.... which infact they are not

Maybe because not everybody watching this have heard of Buddhism before. I think it is good that there exists a very basic explanation for people to listen to.
