he is looking a the place of sujood mark see his eyes are looking down but his head up like it should be.
the prophet saw said to beautify the Quran with your voice and he said the one who does not is not among him meaning he not upon the way of the messenger saw.

I dont understand why he has to concentrate more on the close proximity of the microphone than the Salah itself? Why is he usually found not looking at the place of Sujood and still is revered for his good intonation of voice?
