Michalis Hatzigiannis sings Mistletoe and Wine.....in English and Greek...with an ever so little Greek accent whilst singing his English words....a Christmas song which is also known in Greece with the title Hristougenna ( which means Christmas)

As all major singers in Greece, Michalis also started singing songs for the holy days of Christmas and this one stands out due to the English Lyrics. It is a song for the days of Christmas with mistletoe and wines, children singing Carols and holy songs, gifts and sitting by the fire. It is a nice and warm Christmas song for the times we rejoice in the good we see around us...

Aside from the sheer beauty of the melody, this particular carol is memorable because Chopin used it in one of his pieces. His Scherzo No. 1 in B minor, op. 20 calmly quotes the lullaby preceded and followed by two fast, agitated sections. Writing in Vienna, Austria, Chopin was in a nostalgic mood, thinking of his native Poland as he spent his first Christmas away from home.........

This is my first time I heard the song and I like it so much. I like the message/lyrics of the song. Yes, I forgave already those who did something wrong except someone who is very judgmental without proof and making people look ugly to the eyes of others.
