Police Close Waitrose Hill Cheltenham..... everyone ignores the closure : )

A few people commented that the bystanders should have told people not to drive down the hill in the previous vid. The road had a cone at the top - people ignored it. Now it is officially closed and people still ignore it : )

@AshleyCazador ... 0_o yeesssss thats what I did... not at all... and if I want to be youtube famous I upload to my other real channel that actually gets loads of views due to the creative content. This is just a channel for random extras (as the name suggests) I put them up but don't expect much of them (though this was mainly a response to the first vid that got v. popular just to clear up a few questions people KEPT asking)

The sign was maybe no not so easy to spot. They should had closed it 100% and had more erflecters on it.

@DJLEE12345 that comment makes no sense and is based on totally flawed (lack of) logic. A smaller car will have a better chance of stopping on a slippery surface - drive train layout has nothing to do with stopping. Also it's the tyres themselves that get traction - better tyre (ie winter tyre) will give more traction regardless of drive. a 4x4 can make better use of that traction but it still depends on the tyres, and the weight.

In the US there would be 4 ft tall orange cones, and a yellow strobe light... with a 5 ft wide sign saying ROAD CLOSED DUE TO ICE. DO NOT ENTER!

@MrSpaceHD Why should the bystanders have told the idiots who cant read the road was closed?? The sing was there. The sign should have been in the centre of the road so it obstructed traffic - unless someone moved it. Serves the idiots right who struggled down an icey road in a car, when we all knew how bad it was. They could have gone along St Georges road as an alternative entereance to Waitrose. But if they cant read a Police notice, they should be banned from driving!
