in my veins // Jack x Kate {AU}

I FOUND IT. I THOUGHT I LOST IT.

Short Storyline:
Jack died. Kate returns home to Claire. Where she helps raising Aaron.
Kate gets depressed and Claire is worried so she calls Sawyer.
Kate finds out she's pregnant with Jack's child made in the evening of 5.06
Its time for Kate to move on. So she starts dating. The date goes well and they end up in bed but when the man in question undresses her and finds the scare on her chest left by Jack stitching her up in 6.16, Kate breaks down and decided she can't move on.
The child is born. Kate is scared and counts to five.
Kate raises her child, David. And is able to put her grief for jack aside and turn it into love for their child. She realizes that way Jack will always be with her.
Kate lives a peacefull life filled with love from those around her.
And when she's an old lady she dies in her bed and as she closes her eyes she sees her reuniting with Jack.
