This is the year that the pilot episode "Everybody's Favorite Bagman" which was a Law and Order episode and CBS rejected it because, it didn't have any famous actors. Many think that CBS rejected it because, it was too violent and too disturbing for T.V. at that time so did FOX who didn't want it because, it wasn't what they were looking for. Supposedly, it was because, FOX had the reality T.V. show COPS. Many think it was because, it was too violent and distrubing.
Now, NBC has Law & Order!
