I am Orthodox. Onewhocomesdown does not represent me a an Orthodox Christian, nor does he represent the correct Orthodox attitude. I feel sorry for him. He is missing out on the real meaning of being Orthodox. He does not realize that one does not have to be Orthodox in order to gain eternal salvation.

The confines of the Catholic Church are not built things were built on later on. But things that were revealed. The Orthodox churches, as they are, did not exist that way always. They were mixed with the cultures of the peoples of the regions. The same is said of those in the west. We are Latins and you are Greeks. We function according to that. But to say that we're not true, because we don't agree with how you see things, that is the problem and it's unchristian.

Yes I am sure the are founded on Papal Infallibility which even many Catholics find disturbing. Unfortunately few have ears to hear and eyes to see. It is interesting because Rome has added so much that did not exist in the Early Church and the Church Fathers must weep at how far Rome has fallen in pride and the flock that follows unknowingly. I pity you and all those in the RCC and how much Truth you are missing out on. Whether Liturgy Theology or Praxis. Orthodoxy is the One True Faith.

You should look into coming in! The liturgy is just as wonderful. I wrote a paper for school on the Donation of Constantine and Papal Supremacy vs. Primacy. Also it spoke about the Filioque and is very short and informative. You should look into this I think you would be surprised! :) God bless you!

That is your false interpretation of the Holy Scriptures. You Protestants interpret multiple things wrong. For instance: Tell me where in the bible does it say Sola Scriptura or Sola Fide? Note, the Bible does note say this! However, you interpret this falsely hence why there are over 30,000 sects and false "Christian" religions! Orthodoxy is the ONLY TRUE FAITH given by Jesus Christ and handed down by the Holy Apostles. Unadulterated continuation without change! Built on the Rock not sand!

This is really good. As a Catholic, I'd have to say this is the most effective means to coerce others to a better family. Once again, the Orthodox Church impresses. Kudos!

Your comments are out of context and obviously biased. You are presuming they are doing this outside the Grace and the blessings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He, i.e. God, instituted marriage. You are again assuming that they are saviors unto themselves, and that my friend misses the mark. As for your quote, again, that is out of context. That quote refers to the next life.
