Want to get better at memorizing dance steps? How about just being in the flow when situations are challenging? Come to http://www.laurahamesfranklin.com for your FREE GIFT and to watch more Action Ship Videos!

What situations make your body tense up?

When we get worried about learning something- or there is a challenging situation in life, your body will tense up out of a natural fear response. Obviously, this doesn't actually help you learn easier, but it can be very difficult to move out of that place.

In this video, I will show you a simple way to bring yourself out of that fear and into the FLOW...

Let me know how you get on!

  • @mosenrawh Love that <3

  • @emilymadison11 THANKS Emily for your Awesome video!! What a breath of fresh air to hear your perspective :)

  • Ok, that was a few comments to answer your question!

  • Beautiful Laura, how did you figure out this concept? And how long have you been dancing?

  • @anniebenac @anniebenec I noticed a huge ability to let go into the feeling of trust, where my body can take over and knows a lot more... and my brain stops getting in the way.

Also, in Franklin Method, I experience this over and over, of feeling the trust and support of self, to be able to access a relaxed ease..

and I continue to practice it more and more in all different situations!

  • Great! Thank you, Laura. I'm already feeling the steps flowing more naturally...and BREATHING!

    More later. X

  • I started dancing when I was 4, but didn't' get this until I was about 24. I wish I had always known this... I think it should be taught to children!
