It's not unfair because its very difficult to land as you basically have to cause your opponent to make a horrible mistake and then input the ultra on reaction. In Viper's case she kept throwing out fire kicks when Akuma had ultra. Pretty stupid considering she didn't learn the first 2 times.

Um.. no? Akuma's RD did that much damage because A)he takes more damage and B)Ultras do MORE DAMAGE if they're not combo'd into. C)Less life you have the more damage your Ultra does.

Akuma s raging demon is unfair, it damages more than 50% of ur HP... they have to balance it out for the multiplayer...
