Do you know what Prussia was? If not you're missing out on alot of history, about 720 years of it. We know that Prussia doesn't exist today, but we should reestablish it because of its rich historical background and architechture it brought to Germany during this time period. They unified most of the German people into a single nation then went on to help the Austrian Empire in WW1. A thing which brought a demise to itself. Today Prussia is a part of Poland and Russia(Kalingrad Oblast). Support an emigration of the Germans that were expelled after WW2 to return back to their homes in which they were ethnically cleansed by the Soviets.

  • i dont want Prussia its self back but the land lost from the Germans back like East Prussia and most of Poland

  • @EdwardRommel I can see why people want Prussia back, if they stil consider themselves to be 'Prussian.' But the truth is, there was no Prussian culture. It was German. No Prussian music, food, lifestyle. It is simply German. Which is what it is today and how it should be.

  • @SlytherinsSerpent Tha allies dissolved Prussia by "de jure"....meaning they made it legal.

but the nazis had actually dissolved Prussia in the 1930's by "de facto" meaning they had effectively removed most of its sovereign powers of autonomy as a German state and incorporated it into the German Reich.

But you are right..they should not bring it back because there really never was a "Prussian People"..it really was an amalgamation of various German states that it had gobbled up....

  • ... Okay, so with all due respect, this would not be a good idea. Prussia was dissolved for a reason. It was a mutual decision to dissolve Prussia. I am aware that it was instigated by WWII, but even after that... Prussia should not be brought back as a nation. I'm sorry, but it would ruin a lot of things. History is history and we shouldn't change it.
