Would anyone be interested in a weekend course? I'm thinking about offering a friday night-sunday afternoon class. Catered to three diffenent levels of expertise; beginner, novice and advanced. Materials would be provided. And you would get to keep what you make. Also, to all store owners I would also offer exclusive rights to all Los Labs products for your region. This means you could have fiberglass boxes for your customers in two days rather than two weeks. Please let me know. Thank you!

how much would this project cost?

The port hole part is the tricky part to me, so do you wrap fleece over the ports? Im trying to figure this out in my head and i cant figure out how you delt with the ports. A sealed box is no problem, but can someone please tell me more on the ports. Do i cover them with fleece also and cut the whole

Fleece is the best material to use. Nice and hard surface.. When rhe glass drys

did you use a body grinder to sand the body fill down to make it smooth enough to use the oribital sander?

what are the dimensions of the cutouts you did for the L7s after watching this im inspired to make one for my L7s

@wolfrm3 To be honest, I don't exactly know. I used the cardboard template that comes with the subwoofers and routered two copies. That's the beauty of a router. It allows you to focus on the parts you haven't made and recreate the ones you have. Sorry I wasn't much help. Maybe you can try Kickers' website. And thanks so much for the feedback. Sometimes I wonder if this is doing anyone any good at all.
