On April 1, Barnard Entrepreneurs' Network hosted a panel of social entrepreneurs from the NYC B Corp community. Learn more about this revolutionary form of business known as a Benefit Corp, a for profit company with a social/environmental mission.
Panelists included leading B Corp entrepreneurs: Jennifer McKaig, Employee and Social Impact Lead at Etsy; Elisa Miller-Out '97, Founder and CEO at Singlebrook Technologies; and Noha Waibsnaider, Founder and CEO at Peeled Snacks. The discussion was moderated by Sophie Faris, Community Development Lead at B Lab, the organization that founded the B Corp movement.
