Björk performing Biophilia at Manchester International Festival in July 2011. If you like this, support Björk by buying her official live and studio recordings. And go see a film of the Biophilia tour which is now being shown at selected theatres. I don't own the copyright. This is for nonprofit, educational purposes only.
This concert was podcast by the Spanish broadcaster RTVE on its Radio 3 programme Siglo 21 and can still be downloaded (256kpbs MP3) from the Siglo 21 site at rtve.es/alacarta/audios/siglo-21/. Support Siglo 21 and Radio 3 by visiting the Siglo 21 site, which has lots of other concerts downloadable as podcasts.
I've removed the initial commentary from this version but there are still some Siglo 21 programme idents (including one by Björk) between tracks. The Spanish presenter also talks over the intro to Cosmogony.
This is probably the same recording as appears on the Ultimate Edition of Biophilia. The track listing of this recording is the same as that on the Ultimate Edition (except that this recording ends at the start of Solstice). The commentary and information on the Siglo 21 site give no indication of date or venue, though the presenter does confirm that it's a Manchester performance.
