  • Some info: Original song is from 1981 by Kraftwerk, a legendary pioneering German "Electro" band.

The band is deeply rooted in their home city, which is Düsseldorf in Western Germany. Düsseldorf is known as one of Europe's biggest "Japanese colonies", featuring somewhat of a "Japantown" in its center.

On a personal note, I wonder how YMO felt, when Kraftwerk finally released a song with Japanese lyrics.

  • best miku song evar?

  • Vocaloid Miku+Kraftwerk.

Maybe I expected more before I opened this. So sorry...

  • @musicforanyone You mean Hatsune Miku

  • Sounds like Yellow Magic Orchestra. - the Super Japanese Electro band.

YMO ichiban no guruppu Nippon desu

  • KRAFTWERK-MIKU? WTF?

  • wait wait...isn't that miku? FDJ;LBAJOKDFS;POIBF! fucking yes!

  • This song is from the future!

  • The bass lines here are way more clear and thus better in my ears than in the original. It has to be said that Ralf Hütter while adequate, isn't a Pavarotti either :)
