Survivability and Control with the Dead Ringer

I actually dismissed the Dead Ringer out of hand a long time ago, when it first came out, and just recently I discovered what a powerful tool it can be when used correctly. I've come to think of it as the most nuanced item in the game, and I think a lot of people would benefit from a tutorial covering it, because it can be quite hard to figure out unaided (I know I had a hard time with it).
