As we start the New Year of 2010, somewhere, someones New Year's resolutions are already toast. Woman's Day Health director, Amy Brightfield tells us how to avoid failed resolutions.
Yeah keeping them realistic is important. For instance saying that "I am going to stop smoking immediately" is not realistic. Saying you will cut back a couple cigarettes each week is better. I don't smoke, I just use that as an example to agree with the story.
