I stopped in Davis Park on my last visit to FI this summer on my walk from Seaview to Smith Point Park. I actually had to go into the market there to get single dollar bills for the vending machine (I was damn thirsty!)

haha right on! thanks for this man! i used to go to davis park all the time growing up and havent realy been there in a couple years. im lookin forward to getin my ass back there for a good stint of this summer. thanks for sharing. brings back memories for sure!

I was there this summer as well, Davis Park and Watch Hill to be exact. Most of my time was spent in the piney woods between Davis Park and Watch Hill. Them are some old ferries that run there, the boats are LOUD. They need some newer boats like Sayville and FIF have.
