Showing a couple of RF modulators. If you have an old TV with only an RF input (also known as antenna input) but no composite, SCART, HDMI, VGA or other input and for example you want to play with your Xbox 360, you need to connect your console using a composite or SCART cable (or maybe some other cable) to the RF modulator, which will change the video and audio signal into a form your TV understands.

  • owb97: As far as I can remember, neither RF modulator came with a cable. Check your local computer/electronics stores for cables.
