@AmericanPowerBase Actually he gave me a raise last year. so no I don't think he's trying to get rid of me. If your such an einstein you would realize a bully treats everybody the same. Everybody in the office who works there (one guy who has been there for 10 years) gets bullied all the time. He is mentally psycho and I just wanted to find out my options. I have been looking for and applying for jobs as they come up.
i told my boss i have a disability before i started. he would mock me, bully me, push me , grab me. the big boss would harass me. this went on for 8 months. i have a witness. i started taking documents. i was forced to quit my job. then i turned them into the eeoc, they're investigating. it's effected me mentally. now i'm taking zoloft, trazodone. it was a violent hostile work environment. i want to sue them. could any work related attorneys help me?? i don't want them to get away with it!
