World's Best Witnesses for Lord Jesus Christ

Messiah Jesus' Apologetic Use of Testimony.
When Messiah Jesus healed a paralytic man on a Sabbath day, the Jewish religious leaders confronted Him for violating their Jewish tradition.
In his defence, Messiah Jesus presents some of the clearest and strongest teachings regarding His nature as the divine Son of God.
Messiah Jesus presents a formal, systematic, orderly, regular statement of his own unity with His Father, His divine commission and authority and proofs of His messiahship, in this discourse at John Chapter 5.

The testimony of a man, even for a prophet must fulfill this basic law on the minimum of 2 or 3 witnesses as there must be a check and balance against the false witness who may lie against another brother or party.

Who are the eyewitnesses that Messiah Jesus called for in His defense against the Jewish leaders?

1) The witness of Prophet John the Baptist

Lord Jesus Christ as the Son of God, even have to mention Prophet John the Baptist as His witness for He said:
John 5:31 If I bear witness of Myself, My witness is not true.

John 5:32 There is another who bears witness of Me, and I know that the witness which He witnesses of Me is true.
John 5:33 You sent to John, and he bore witness to the truth.

2) The witness of Messiah Jesus' works or miracles

John 5:36 But I have greater witness than that of John, for the works which the Father has given Me that I should finish them, the works which I do themselves witness of Me, that the Father has sent Me.

John 5:37 And He sending Me, the Father Himself, has borne witness of Me. Neither have you heard His voice at any time nor seen His shape.
John 5:38 And you do not have His Word abiding in you, for you do not believe Him whom He has sent.

3) The witness of the Scriptures of old Prophets

John 5:39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life. And they are the ones witnessing of Me,

John 5:40 and you will not come to Me that you might have life.
John 5:41 I do not receive honor from men.
Jonh 5:42 But I know you, that you do not have the love of God in you.

4) The witness of Prophet Moses

John 5:45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father; there is one who accuses you, Moses, in whom you trust.

John 5:46 For if you had believed Moses, you would have believed Me, for he wrote of Me.
John 5:47 But if you do not believe his writings, how shall you believe My Words?

5) The Witness of God the Father

God the Father possesses the greatest authority and so His testimony counts the most heavily of all.

1Jn 5:9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.

Messiah Jesus called God His personal Father "My Father" and not "Our Father".

John 5:17 But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.
John 5:18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.

John 8:16 And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

John 8:17 It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.
John 8:18 I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

Joh 8:37 I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

6) The Witness of Prophet Abraham

Joh 8:39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

Joh 8:40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.

John 8:41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.
