Annual Pow Wow at Black Hawk State Park in Illinois put on by the Native American Coalition of the Quad Cities! After 30 yrs. hiatus this annual Labor Weekend event is back!

Oh wow ... I am from the Meskwaki Nation in Iowa ... I fondly remember this Pow-wow ... Fried Bread with Goulash ... overlooking the Mississippi ... and my grandparents telling us ... respect this area ... this is our area
