my parents are renters ! Once one of their tenants was murdered ! and they found his body. THey usually get good tentants but there are a few horrer stories lol.
WOW! I'm so sorry you had to deal with this! Can you sue these idiots (not sure they had anything to sue for) but I'd definitely press charges for vandalism! Seeing this keeps me from renting out!
I just saw you rental nightmare. I am so sorry! It cost me 20K to clean up mine. I sold my rentals due to these idiots, bought a motel and now I have all the rights and protection of the law and can kick anyone out at anytime and go into the rooms at anytime they are out!! It's great and much more profitable! Looks like it was a very nice place before the sh*t-heads came in. How could you keep your cool while video taping? No more rentals for me! YUKY people!
