http://www.manteo.com Manteo Resort hosted an evening of exceptional food and wine during the Okanagan Fall Wine Festival. Guests dined lakeside, while Executive Chef Bernard Casavant and his culinary team served up a locally inspired four course dinner and reception. Selections of wines from Sandhill, voted Winery of the Year, were poured, including one much sought after wine from the Small Lots Collection. Award-winning Wine Maker Howard Soon was also on site to provide his knowledge on the selected wines & provide everyone abreast of the new vintage currently being harvested.
