For anyone who's wondering, this is the 3rd movement from "Trilogy" for Solo Vibraphone, by Tim Huesgen, entitled "With A Mazy Motion".

It's a Vibraphone.
The mechanism under the keys is a "pedal". It's like a piano. The felt under the keys stops the vibration so the keys stop resonating.
