An ultra-groovy 70s PIF o'funk which looks like it might turn out to be about thick chocolate bars but ends up being about Rabies instead. As is seemingly inevitable for these PIFs, the ultimate suggestion (albeit unintended) is that OMG ALL AMINALS FROM FOREIGN LANDS HAVE TEH DOG AIDS.

For some reason King of the Road here seems to enjoy listening to "The Best Ice Cream Jingles In The World...Ever!" while smuggling his disease-ridden cargo.

@Professor6871 Gee, I didn't mean to make anyone think that I was saying that the US is better than any one (which is certainly not true, of course-right now we're a laughingstock), or that the world revolves around the US, which it doesn't, of course! I'm just simply trying to understand how and why laws in different countries are made and used, and why some laws are universal-that is, almost the same in most countries-and why some are used in only a few countries.
