Colonel Aureliano Buendia Suckers the Connors into a War

The Colonel, dismayed by his failure in Australia, decides that all of his failures were the stemming of the Connors' decisive win at Disney World, thanks to Dan and his use as a weapon.
Now, since Jackie is being trained as a weapon, Roseanne, Dan, and the family now have to defeat the rebel from Macondo in order to ensure a long and happy life. Along the way, they realize that they only won a $108 lottery, not the full $108 million, which places them in a catch-22. Those insolent boors.
This is part 3 of the Colonel Aureliano series as a set piece, as part 2 deals with the Rescuers Down Under and I have decided not to do that until I can get an English dub of it.
