  • @BERTTT123456 yes u have a point still the origins of the instrument remain these parts of asia/eu/afrika . even the egypts adopted it for a certain period of time

  • @eiderez Well your almost right here BUT, the reed pipe did originate from Mesopotamia,... and was imported by them here by traders, at a certain moment the king of france loved the instrument but he wanted an easier way to play it (because if you ever played a reed pipe, you know it starts to hurt after a while) so he asked a Belgian guy to build him an instrument with the same sound but easier now this guy created the one drone bagpipe. The story continues but i dont have enoug letters far al

  • Instrument : Gaiga/Bagpipe/Askavlos. originated from Mesopotamia,Egypt,Ancient Greece which after the roman empire was spread to northwest. Nowdays you can meet it in Scotland and Greece mostly as it is one of the most traditional instruments of these two countries.

  • hes almost as bad as i am although i think my gaida is out of tune or something

  • Lads! The gentleman playing this version of bag-pipe is Albanian-Aromanian-Gypsie and that is final. He could speak Greek, Arumanian, and Albanian.

  • I spoke with him - he and Gaida is from Albania :)
