This wont get you big arms, to increase your muscle mass you need to do heavy weights and low reps, thats the key to muscle mass wether your working on your biceps or triceps. By doing high reps and light weights you are toning your muscles, they wont grow but will get toned. By the way if you do a lot of reps with low weights you will burn your muscle which wont really help.

@fkthisman19 Wow, that is crazy. You can definitely do both. That is how my body looks the way it does. I build muscle and strength using Metabolic Resistance Workouts like my Spartacus Workouts (check them) which helps me to burn fat 24-36 hours after the workout. My clean nutrition helps me to be ripped. Build the muscle by using resistance, burn fat effectively with Metabolic Circuits like Spartacus Workouts and stay ripped with clean nutrition - Feed the Muscle and Burn the Fat - Funk

@ZaNDii3 If you work your way up in weight and begin to lift heavy your form will be fine, I've lifted for a couple years and I lift heavy but I haven't got an injury. And I'm comparing bodybuilders to average guys because they are still human, yeah they've got good genetics and take steroids but its still the same logic, all the big guys you see all lift heavy. It's simple, higher weight means strength and with strength comes size.Yes doing pull ups will gain muscle but only a certain amount.

@ryantika I gained 35lbs of mass, which is normal for my age. And no, you're wrong again. The heavier the weight, you are more likely to perform the workout at a terrible form which leads to injury. Why the fuck are you even comparing average guys to pro bodybuilders? Their training and diet are super strict. What you're saying is doing bodyweight pull ups over and over but increasing the reps isnt gonna build muscle? Ahaha another idiot who thinks he's so experienced.
Ok I will... Thanks a lot for your help... Do you have any tips, for getting defined/cut?

I have never taken any sort of PRE-workout or hormones of any kind.. Just protein shakes, it takes a while but it's worth it!!

@iluvsouthpark39 YOu are correct, you don't need Pre-workout or Hormone Drugs to get this look. You need to eat 5-6X per day, Clean Nutrition making sure you eat protein sources each meal, carbs in the AM and after your training session. Lot's of veggies, fruit and water. - Check my Nutrition Basics video. Depending on where you start, it may not take a while at all. - Funk

@iluvsouthpark39 That is awesome. The more you use this "Finisher exercise" when working your arms, the better, stronger and more muscular you will get.
