  • @penske13 Ok so i had the right driver. I didn't know it was a nosecone that launched hiim thanks for the info.

  • @quasiphatpaul that was mario andretti shaking down tony kanaans car when brack hit the wall in front of him. he ran over kennys nosecone and it launched the car. we were very lucky not to see him die that day.

  • 1:37 the car flipping end over end. Wasn't that Mario Andretti (or some other progenitor of a facing racing family ie unsers foyts) randomly testing again after years of retirement. I remember an interview with a family member who was still racing saying how ironic it would've been to lose him like that after all the dangerous years he survived.

  • @TheAntihero6212 nope. that was sam schmidt and a few others in 1998. good guess though. :)

  • 0:24-0:35 The infamous "fill in the blank" Jeff Andretti crash in the 1992 Indy 500 that almost ended his career.
