@quasiphatpaul that was mario andretti shaking down tony kanaans car when brack hit the wall in front of him. he ran over kennys nosecone and it launched the car. we were very lucky not to see him die that day.

I remember an interview with a family member who was still racing saying how ironic it would've been to lose him like that after all the dangerous years he survived.
