Spore: Rogue creature recruit fail 720p

Basically I was trying to recruit a rogue creature because he would have been a really valuable ally. He would have been worth more to me in my pack than dead. Rogue creatures have 250 HP. As you can see, I was successful becoming the guy's friend. However, here comes a space ship.
He kept getting spooked by a space ship (which I think I created a while ago), so I tried being persistent. Then, just as I start the process to get him into the pack, the ship swoops down and grabs the rogue creature from me.
I just registered Fraps for my projects and thought I would test it out, and to kick back at the same time. Well, I found out that HD game footage needs a LOT of capture space. 4 gigs is about 2 minutes of raw low-level compressed video.
I used Google audioswap since I got a notice from youtube since I had Alter Bridge's "In Loving Memory" playing in winamp, and fraps caught it with the sound effects. Whoops!
