I was happy that i finally finished my LED Mod so i decided to join every other youtuber and make a video showing it off :)!

Parts Needed:
#000 Philips Screwdriver (Perfect fit for PSP)
Small Flathead Screwdriver
Drill / Dremel
5/64 or 3/32 Drill Bit
Soldering Iron (15 Watt)
Solder (.015")
Rosin Core Flux
Wire Cutter(Preferable)
36-Gauge Kynar Wire (2ft)
1 LM386- (n or1) Audio Amplifier IC
2 (or more) 0603 SMD LEDS (any Color that you want)
191k Ohm Resistor
30k Ohm Resistor
Total Cost:
Without Drill 70-100$
With Drill way more probably.

  • LM386- (n or1) Audio Amplifier IC what does it do amplify the sound pulses to led is it ..... and is it the replacement to op amp ?

  • good job. i dont own a slim but my bro does and when i solder leds directly to the speekers they turn off when not playing any sound but yours stays on... and the fats do that naturaly so i was a little confused on his behalf so yea you should make a tutorial.
