I lost my confidence a little bit which was a real shame but I tried to follow all your advice and yes Alexa the horse did feel the love xD
Gotta love relient K =)
I'm still bumping a round on that saddle! GAAA!
Good advice would be appreciated on how to rock with the canter but also feel more confident and in control =)

i think if you lowered your stirrups a bit you would kinda sit better in the saddle and sit back more
try to slow down at the trot and gat you rrhythym right =]

just sit tall, and press down in ur stirrups,
i used to do that. try to not ride in r but, sway back and forth with the horse at the canter. =) worked for me.

really nice! Try keeping your hands out of your erm...crotch, for lack of a better word. You look like you're using the reins for support, and you shouldn't do that. Very nice work, though! The feel for the canter will come with more time. Try relaxing your back. My trainer always would say "don't let any daylight between you and the saddle!" Haha.
