  • This nut Job Yoo should be prosecuted as a war criminal !Its a sad indictement of the society he lives in -that he is still walking around free to do as he pleases(he,s probably got a hobby crushing the nuts of paupers children just for fun 1Lol)

  • @syntaxed2 "did you know Bush had to cancel all EU visits since he left office?" Absolutely. It is a UN obligation that if the people of nation of the leader accused do not bring forward the charges, the rest of the UN is obligated by international law to bring the charges.

  • @CarothersDean i dont give a fuck what he is ...ill split his head open and your too just for being his friend.

  • Yoo also argued that the president was not bound by the War Crimes Act and provided a legal opinion backing the Bush Administration's warrantless wiretapping program.

  • Yoo played an important role in developing a legal justification for the Bush administration's policy in the war on terrorism, arguing that prisoner of war status under the Geneva Conventions does not apply to "enemy combatants" captured during the war in Afghanistan and held at the Guantánamo Bay detention camp, asserting executive authority to undertake waterboarding and other "enhanced interrogation techniques" regarded as torture by the current Justice Department.

  • @buff24seven toward the beginning it showed his name and credentials. :)
