Are you kidding me? He's standing there with George Bush who has been alleged in about 40 plus RA cases that has caused D.I.D. UNREAL!!!!!!!

It's unfortunate that this 'allegement' would deter or put a negative slant on what otherwise has been a very helpful DVD). Robert VOLUNTEERED to participate in this video due to his desire to help others. The photo is only one that highlights his successful career as a correspondent on Asian affairs and was chosen by the producers not Robert; hoping to show that individuals with DID can and often are very successful. Sorry if it caused concern for some based on 'alleged' information.

I'm sorry, actually it isn't alleged. My bad. Please research Cathy O'Brien, Svali, and many others. It may have not been known to him at the time of the picture (being taken) but he should know now. Even if he feels it is ALLEGED against Bush, he should know this is a TRIGGER for many with DID. How thoughtless!

My childhood wasn't that great, but Im gald that I have those tragic memories instead of having DID. After all, I rather carry out bad memories than to be controlled by different people in my mind. No offence to victoms of DID.

@JoyUs2GBTG @JoyUs2GBTG Know that I suffered from confusion growing up because of conflicting messages, abusive emotional treatment, and sexual molestation which caused severe low self-esteem. Mother had me watch "Sybil" about a child with DID when I was growing up maybe because she noticed symptoms, but neglected to associate this to the abuse that went on in her presence, under her nose. Tryed to live normally was always met with serious depression, feeling as if I would never overcome.

Really enjoyed the video, I have a friend who has mpd and I can vouch for what you saying as she goes through so much of what you talking about. The more people who have it describe it the better. It is a subject not well understood, alot has to do with movies and tv. It's a hard and sad life untill great healing takes place. The memories and the actual body remembering the pain is even difficult to watch never mind being the one going through it. Thank you.
