if i had the money for your drumset and 2 of those bass pedals i would be hittin stuff so much better, i have the standard RB2 drumset and the red and green pads...they have to bounce because the pads came off so its all loud and stuff...but im still good, just could be better >_>

The drumset doesn't make the drummer. The only difference between drumsets is how well the register. TheLieInKing and Mystakin are two very good drummers that use RB2 sets.

If you can feel the muscles in your thigh and/or ass working when you're doing fast bass, you're most likely doing heel-up. Heel-down generally uses your calf muscles.

ah ok, I always think I play with my heel really high up but I guess I've never recorded my feet while doing it so I might be the same as you ^_^
