@daswoin what i dont understand is that they make it out like the only fing she does is kill them although she also can turn people into minions by injecting them -alsp through a kiss and ludacriss amounts of mind control- with sap turning them into a plant saught of human thing.Then she keewps them in a venas fly trap.Or so arkham city goes

There are some villains that, even in a campy light, can still work - and I think Poison Ivy is one of those. The movie could have stood for some better writing of course, but her over-the-topness could have worked, just as the Riddler's did in Batman Forever.
