In my experience, you can go very wrong with talking too much. However, I tested this stuff in Russia, Moscow, while speaking Russian to the girls. It is kind of more different mentality there. Been to London - yep, this kind of thing might work there. Still, I think talking this fast isn't that necessary : ).
