  • Just started Workout A, Phase 1 today....having a little trouble figuring out what is a "heavy" weight for me...any tips?

  • @marymargaretd I think the book says something like, you should be able to complete the reps, but when you get to only a few left, it should be VERY hard... They also said that women notoriously underestimate themselves, and suggesting adding weight to whatever you probably THINK you should do. :D The book outlines it all much more. (I'm no professional, I'm just sharing my experience!)
