Stats Can just released a survey saying 1 in 6 Canadians are a visible minority and that will be 1 in 5 by 2017. So how should the church respond to the changing face of Canada - or does it need to? I talked to David McFarlene of the EFC who is passionate about building multi-cultural churches. I also visited one of the most multi-cultural churches in Canada.
