I'm thinking of Lewis & Clark Law. I'm a bot of a loner, but I do like females. Pretty females. Would Portland be a decent place to go for A) school, and B) job prospects for people with professional degrees?

@schwarzblatt i remember the days when maxx first was put up, and the drug running from Hillsboro and beavertron got into ptown, and then vice versa.. Its disappointing that modern techs always get abused so that a good idea has its shadow. But i suppose in the duality of things, it kinda makes sense. still, for those not involved in gangs or drugs, its a handy way to get around when you cant afford a car.

@Poler777 glasses are made in West Germany, 50 cent salvation army score, which keep out wind and I can look almost at the sun without flinching. That being said, they are silly, and if you were from Portland circa 80's, you would understand the 'prize' that I actually still possess. The hat is homemade, so that too, can be seen as silly, and i agree again ; ) And for your compliment on my intellect, my ego can only smile and agree wholeheartedly, while my humility thanks you. Gotta admit,...I was totally expecting you to be a silly little hipster with foolish glasses and a bad hat, ranting on about how "cool" Portland is and anyone who hates it is "uncool".

Instead, I got a thoughtful (and witty) explanation of some of the undercurrent dynamics of Portland culture. Instead of blindly defending Portlands' culture, you succinctly EXPLAINED Portlands' culture.

While I was right about your stupid glasses/hat, I was glad to be wrong about your intellect.
