This little guys horns are on backwards. The horns are suppose to curve towards their back, not the front. I've got three Pygmies and they don't look or sound anything like that.
I feel sorry for this goat... he's trying to tell us something, but he's lost his voice (laryngitis). He's probably lonely (only goat around). Goats are herd animals... they do much better with other goats and animals, not by themselves.

Well, I suppose I shouldn't be at all surprised that the people at the zoo don't know what kind of goats they've got. The sign said Pygmy Goat, and I'm no goatherder. :>
Whatever the problem may be, there was another goat present, if I recall correctly - you just can't see him/her off the frame.
