There is an active effort on the part of Christians to sabotage what was perhaps the most defining principle of American establishment. Christians need to be put in their place. It is imperative that we uphold the constitution as well as equality and just treatment.

  • Great video CompleteRationality. Now I'm reflecting on the fact that I was planning to share it on facebook up until the ending. The only reason I'm hesitant is because of all the flak I've had to take over the year (just became an atheist in Jan of this year). I posted videos about science and was told I was being offensive lol. I got dozens of long ranting e-mails about it from friends and family. We shouldn't cave to the bullies, but it's difficult to fight everyday. Screw it, I'm sharing it.

  • @TheRavensGhost Thanks. Christians will be offended no matter what you do. None of their beliefs make sense or can withstand criticism so it actually takes effort to not criticize them or point out the flaws.

  • Fear and suffering are among the biggest factors why people stick to religion. Safe, wealthy societies are the least religious. So of course, religious propagandists will try to stir up fear and confusion, even if they need to lie and make stuff up. Being honest and truthful is of no concern; it's all about gathering the herd and pursuing the divisiveness that is essential to religion.

  • The barbarians are not at the gate, they are ransacking the city right now.

  • Jesus said "Love your neighbor as long as they agree with you. If they don't then it's ok to mess with them." :)

  • An excellent review of the situation. Favorited.

  • Perfect. Keep 'em comin', bruh.

  • A lie told often enough becomes the truth.

  • Actually all the European countries had state churches, and the US was founded explicitly on the separation of church and state.

  • That's very true. When I first stopped believing, I naively thought my friends would be interested in what made me stop believing and would actually care to investigate things themselves. So I shared info freely and pointed out flaws in their beliefs often. I quickly learned most would rather keep their heads in the sand. Keeping the pressure on does work for some though; both of my parents are atheists now because of that.
