Terrorism is a tactic, not a thing. Tamil Tigers are fighting for independence after decades of oppression. The Freedom Fighting Tigers are only doing what they are oppressed to do. The world has labeled many freedom fighters as terrorist, one being Nelson Mandela.

Makes us wonder if these flags were Al-Qaeda or Hamas, would that have made a difference?
