Nice video. How come the last shot didn't engage the slide lock?

I don't know why it didn't lock back, it happens sometimes. I don't remember if it shows it on the video, but I had enough dexterity while holding the flashlight to do a tap-rack.

Stuff like that is the whole point, right?
