Being from Tennessee, I don't have a clue what he is saying, but my wife is from Ghana and turned me on to his music. He is apparently a legend in Ghanaian music ... all I can add is that I love all his songs that I have heard.

I am not sure what the song is trying to say but i will take a stab, i think he trying to say that whatever you do people will talk about it.
As for kasa kua there are many words to explain it in english. It can be proverb, parable, idiomatic expression, metaphor etc.
