It's my 2nd week on doing this. Just great. Easy to follow :> Btw, i'm doin this just to keep my body fit & healthy, coz my body is very thin >_> Do you think your training can help? Losing weight isn't my top priority

You can walk (steady walk no breaks) a mile from your home and then a mile returning to your home every day. Drink lots of water and eat regular size meals. NO snacks, sugar (that means candy also) or white bread.
I love this video! I have been doing it for awhile now and I have never felt more energized!

5 pounds a week is very aggressive. Be sure to give your body rest from weight loss...(you may not want to have many consecutive weeks at this rate of weight loss). I think you could do at least 3, 10 minute walks per day.
