    Thanks for the props!

    5 pounds a week is very aggressive. Be sure to give your body rest from weight loss...(you may not want to have many consecutive weeks at this rate of weight loss). I think you could do at least 3, 10 minute walks per day.

    eat between 1400 and 1600 calories a day

    and walk 30 mins to one hour 5 or more days a week

  • You can walk (steady walk no breaks) a mile from your home and then a mile returning to your home every day. Drink lots of water and eat regular size meals. NO snacks, sugar (that means candy also) or white bread.
