These are great! If you do another one could you pull the camera back so we can see the curve of the carboy? I'd love to watch it thick initial foam as it billows up the sides of the glass. So what setting do you have your cam set to record? How many shot's per minute?
The vids are cool for us homebrew geeks!

In fact, we didn't use a carboy for these brews. All we own are opaque, plastic fermenters, and that's why we had to rig up the camera so close!
I think the video was comprised of one shot per minute.
