okay so I got lazy to make a part of me talking about it so I'm just going to type out the details here :) Its boring to watch me talk anyways. I made this video first because I have shots of me doing shoulders. lol.. I'll make a diet video soon as I have clips of it.

Anyways, this workout should take 45minutes to an hour. The pace is set in the clips. I rest about 30 seconds to a minute after each set. I try to hit 10 to 12 reps per set. I usually do this workout toward the end of the week so the weights are lightened up. I leave the beginning of the workout week for compound movements.

Few things to remember:

-You don't have to go as heavy for shoulders as it is a smaller muscle. Its better to pump blood through the correct parts of the shoulders as you're training them.

- If you lift too heavy for shoulder press you will tend to bend your back more and it becomes more of an incline bench press. So try to keep your back more upright.

- For shoulder presses with the dumbbells; place the dumbbell as close to your knees as you can. That way it's easier to kick it up and push the weight upright.

-Front raises are for anterior deltoids (front part of your shoulders)
-Lateral raises are for the lateral deltoids (middle part of your shoulders)
-Rear lateral raises are for the posterior deltoids (rear part of your shoulders)

-Remember to warm up good. Push ups/ pull ups and some stretches to get the blood flowing to prevent injuries.

-Pick a good weight to go with and keep the workout intense. Shoulders should feel on fire constantly in this workout. Try not to rest as long even though it hurts.

Okay hope this helps! Thanks everyone for the kind words and I'll try to compile more videos soon :)

  • @HanhChampion hey I'm a swimmer but most of us don't gain mass easily. Is there anything you could recommend to get thru that?

  • @anngrannersxxx stop swimming.. lol. no seriously you're burning too much calories and you're not lifting weights. Your body is adapting to stay small so you can keep swimming. So yeah cardio and hard gainers don't go well together. Check my blog for begginers guide and it may help get you in the right direction.

  • soooo many sets, looks like a brutal but efficient workout tho

  • Most of your workouts are with 12reps, are you more focussing on strenght than massa or do you develop both of them with 12 reps. Should I do fewer reps with heavier weight for more massgain?
