Most of your workouts are with 12reps, are you more focussing on strenght than massa or do you develop both of them with 12 reps. Should I do fewer reps with heavier weight for more massgain?
@HanhChampion hey I'm a swimmer but most of us don't gain mass easily. Is there anything you could recommend to get thru that?

@anngrannersxxx stop swimming.. lol. no seriously you're burning too much calories and you're not lifting weights. Your body is adapting to stay small so you can keep swimming. So yeah cardio and hard gainers don't go well together. Check my blog for begginers guide and it may help get you in the right direction.
